Our online study skills and memory strategy groups are ideal for year 9 to 12 students motivated to improve their approach to learning and school.
Strategies and supports that help to improve study skills and memory can help reduce stress and improve learning outcomes.

How many students per session?
There are a maximum of four students per group.
How are the sessions run?
All sessions are online via zoom and are interactive with students completing practice exercises, setting goals for the week, and reviewing their progress in subsequent weeks.
Can the sessions be claimed?
Provisional psychologists run the sessions so private health rebates do not apply, but this is why we have kept the cost low.
Can students attend both Study Skills and Memory Strategies groups at the same time?
If a student is highly motivated to learn, practice and implement the taught strategies then yes, they certainly can attend both groups at the same time. Otherwise, we run the groups every term so students can complete the group over consecutive school terms.
What happens if the student misses a session?
The provisional psychologists will offer a 1-1 make-up session with the student in the following week.
